Pimp Empires - End User License Agreement

1. You must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to play.
2. The Pimp Empires is a skill-game that offers its players the chance to win virtual prizes and acts as a platform for communications in certain countries. According to the legal situation in the US, citizens of the following states are unfortunately not elegable for virtual prizes: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Iowa, Louisiana, Maryland, Missouri, Montana, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Vermont.
3. Staff of Pimp Empires are not alowed to take part on a competitive level, they are allowed to play for testing, they will be removed from ranks prior to results calculated.

2. Delete your account and make another one before the next reset.
3. Transfer your account to another player.
4. Allow another player to play your account while you are unable to connect, on holiday or cannot be available to play for any other reason.
5. Share your login details with any other players.

4. Connect to your game account from any computer, WARNING: you cannot connect through any computer that somebody out users to play another account.

2. Change any details regarding your account example: if your character name contains profanity.

1. Pimp Empires virtual currency is called Bling.
2. Bling has no cash value.
3. All prizes are paid in Bling.
4. Bling can be transferred to another player at a cost of 5% of the amount transferred.
5. The games available on this site are for entertainment purposes only, and are not for betting, wagering, or for monetary gain in any way.
6. These are not games of chance, this site is not a betting or gambling site, and the virtual currency used may not be exchanged for cash or goods, whether these goods are real or virtual if there is any value attached.
7. The virtual currency used in the games on this site has no monetary value at all, and can not be sold, bought, or used in any form outside of the game itself, and only as intended in the game by the developer.
8. Any player who buys, sells, or misuses this virtual currency in violation of these terms, or any applicable gaming and gambling laws, whether these are international, federal, or state laws, will be banned permanently and have their account closed.
9. Criminal acts and legal violations will be prosecuted to the fullest extent under the law, and this may include damages and legal fees being incurred, as well as criminal charges. In addition, your account balance when closed will be deleted, and the balance will be set at 0.
10. Bling, the virtual currency used in the game, can be purchased with money so that it can be used for game activities, but this can not be reversed.
11. Bling can not be withdrawn, because it has no value at all. You understand that no matter how high your virtual account balance becomes, you will not receive any monetary compensation or virtual prizes, or their equivalent.
12. Active monitoring is used to ensure that these terms and conditions are followed, and that any violators are removed and reported.
13. Buying, selling, or trading the virtual currency used in the game, whether it is to or from third parties, IS prohibited, and these activities are in violation of the game rules and the laws in many legal jurisdictions.

1. When communicating with any staff please maintain a level of respect.
2. We will not tolerate behaviour or communication that is intended to discredit or malign the staff or the integrity of this site.
3. It is up to the staff to determine when communication crosses boundaries into what we deem to be abuse that is improper or excessive in use.

1. Hate messages towards a particular group, age, religion, ethnicity, culture, country etc… will not be tolerated and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
2. Any media, organisation or personal profile is not permitted to contain offensive content that is aimed at a particular group, race, religion, ethnicity, culture etc.
3. The staff may delete a player avatar, crew avatar or logo if such an item is identical to any other previously sited logo, is likely to confuse or is offensive or pornographic (full frontal nudity, or animations/static images portraying sex acts).
4. All character and crew names should be created using common sense. If you choose a name that is in poor taste we will remove your pimp/crew.

1. No excessive posts or repetition of messages to other players, chat, forum, city or national boards.
2. No advertising of a product with out permission from the administrator.
3. You may discuss other games via messages but not on public forums or organization forums.

1. If any player upgrades another player and that player is removed from the game for any reason set out in these rules the original player will not get any refund or compensation.
2. If a player is removed from play, any other player who was subject to attack by the removed player will not be able to recover anything lost in the game to that player. No correspondence will be entered into on this point between any player and the staff and any privileges accumulated in the game which are taken or forfeited to any banned player are entirely lost.
3. If it is agreed that you have been removed from the game without reason the staff we reserve the right to compensate at the staff's discretion.
4. The management and/or staff is not liable for any interruption to the game caused by an ISP or any system fault or bug in the game. No compensation will be given to any player/s due to interruptions in game play.

1. Games start and finish times should only be taken as a guide, they can be changed at any time.
2. The management and/or staff do not guarantee or warrant that there will be no interruption to the services as the game is run live and on line and is therefore subject to the vicissitudes of Internet Service Providers.
3. All actions and results in the game are final.
4. Game prizes are final, there is no substitution, it will be paid in 'Bling' virtual currency immediately after reset and will only be amended if a complaint is filed and upheld within 72 hours of the reset as set out in these rules.
5. Any player asking for special privileges will not only result in disappointment but could result in a jail sentence.
6. We do not offer any guarantees about the game being online at any specific time, or for any specific period. You agree to hold us harmless and not liable in any way for any period that the game is not online, or can not be accessed by you for any reason. We are not responsible or liable for any time missed from playing the game, regardless of the circumstances or reason. Refunds may be given, at our sole discretion, when we believe that the circumstances call for it, but we are not obligated to give a refund under any circumstances or in any way.

1. Play using multiple browsers and multiple windows is at your own risk as this can interfere with the well running of your game.
2. This game is developed and tested with Internet Explorer, Firefox Google Chrome.
3. Advise the staff ASAP if you think you have found something (DO NOT CONTINUE PLAYING IF IT INVOLVES YOUR ACCOUNT AND SPEND ALL CASH ON DRUGS A STAFF MEMBER CAN THEN SORT) which may not be right. Failure to do so will result in punishment.
4. Automated systems are not permitted to be used on this site to help gain an advantage by way of continual connection and acting on behalf of the player’s account.
5. If genuine bug or exploit and can be reproduced you will be rewarded depending on the severity of the bug or exploit.
6. Do not exploit any glitch or bug, this includes but not limited to attacking somebody to gain from a glitch they may have.
7. If you attack and find you gained something you did not expect immediately inform a member of staff and do not continue to play.
8. You agree not to use any software from a third party to change or modify the game software in any way. Any violation of this clause will cause your account to be terminated immediately, as well as the accounts of any other parties involved.

1. No player will be permitted to make unfounded public accusations of cheating without evidence of such “cheating”.
2. No player may create an impression of having administrative powers and/or making false claims in regards to claiming an advantage based upon admin/staff favouritism.
3. Any allegations fielded against the site owners/administrators/staff must be accompanied with evidence. If it is simply falsified in order to create drama then the offending player will be investigated and may be banned.
4. Impersonation - At no time in game or via Instant messengers should any member of the community impersonate Admin/Mods to take advantage of or give false information to other players.

1. If we choose to discontinue offering access to the game, which we reserve the right to do with or without giving a reason, a prorated refund of prepaid amounts may be provided, at our sole discretion, to players who have any prepaid balances.
2. We reserve the right to take any action with respect to your Content if we believe it may create any liability for us, or may cause the loss of, partially or completely, the services of our ISPs or other suppliers. You hereby grant to us a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, sublicenseable multi-tiered right to exercise all intellectual property rights, in any media now known or not currently known, associated with your Content. You understand that any violation of these provisions will result in possible criminal and civil liabilities against you, and you agree to hold us harmless for any actions taken in this regard.
3. You agree to comply with any and all applicable laws with regards to your use of this software, your access to the account, and your game play. You may not download, use, or otherwise export or re-export the Software, except in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, which includes the laws of the United States without limitation, and without limiting the foregoing. 
4. You agree to hold us harmless and not responsible for any credits lost on your Pimp Empires account due to agreement violations or actions taken by you, which result in account terminations or suspensions.
5. All account upgrades you make are final, and can not be reversed.
6. If any of the clauses or provisions of this disclosure and agreement are found to be unenforceable, this will have no effect on any of the other clauses and provisions. The unenforceable provision will be removed and the remainder of the agreement will remain in effect.

Complaints must be free of any profanity or personal attacks.
Complaints will not be handled over the chat system or public forums, this includes city and national boards. The offending communication will be removed from the site.

Alternatively contact a moderator in-game. It is always best to write your claims on notepad or similar, all staff can take the time that is needed and give your claim the attention it deserves.

We need to remind people that the type of game you are playing is designed for adults and that if they are easily offended that perhaps they should not be playing this type of game.
